Wie oben schon geschrieben, ist bei Spieletastisch eine falsche EAN hinterlegt. Nämlich die von dem Spiel Mesos.
Dazu passen die Daten.

Das Spiel hat eine hohe Variabilität in dem, was du machen kannst.
Wir saßen mit vier Personen auch knapp 2,5 bis 3 Stunden da.
Definitiv ein Kennerspiel, nicht weil es abstruse Regeln hat sondern weil es viel Planung und schnelles, taktisches Umdenken erfordert.
Habe direkt nach der Partie Fehler gefunden, bzw. Dinge, die ich anders gemacht hätte beim nächsten Mal.
Werde es mir definitv holen, da das Spiel mich wirklich abgeholt hat.

Ist jetzt nur eine Mutmaßung: ist der Coverartist vielleicht ein anderer als der des Spielmaterials? Das sieht aus wie 2 verschiedene Spiele.

Man kann / könnte sich ja auch mal Mühe geben und der Spieler darf doch auch mal Hoffnung haben.
Für mich gehört das zu einem Spiel dazu. Und finde es echt Schade dass da grade im Euro Bereich so wenig gemacht wird.
Speile werden imho mit passend umgesetzen Thema wesentlich zugänglicher.

Vielleicht bin ich da zu sehr mit Kopfkino unterwegs, aber ich empfinde das nicht so. Ich halte viele Eurogames für relativ thematisch und ich versuche sie so auch immer zu erklären.
Man kann sich viel zurechtreimen und für sich thematisch "machen". Aber es wäre schöner wenn der Autor da mehr draus machen würde. Schönes Beispiel Arler Erde, das ist, auch grade mit den Backgroundinfos schon sehr stark im Thema.

Das empfinde ich gerade nicht so. Also schließe ich daraus dass das vielleicht auch viel Geschmackssache ist.
Ich mag das Thema von Civolution jedenfalls und fühle mich wie brettundpad davon abgeholt.
Ich denke mir immer dass es ein Spiel und keine Simulation ist und kann auch allg. aus Euros viel Thema fuer mich rausholen. Ist aber von Spiel zu Spiel anders. Halte es genauso wie brettundpad. Komme sehr schwer damit zurecht, wenn mir ein Spiel komplett mechanisch und nicht irgendwie ueber die Thematik erklaert wird.
In einem Interview (kenne die Quelle nicht mehr) sagte Stefan Feld, dass fuer ihn die naechste Stufe nach Expertenspiele sogenannte "Spezialistenspiele" seien und er Civolution da sieht. Von dem was ich hier so lese, scheint es nicht den Expertenrahmen zu sprengen?

Für mich ein sicherer Insta-Kauf.

Ich hab es auch nicht gespielt. Das hindert mich nicht daran mich vom Thema abgeholt zu fühlen.
Ob mir das Spiel dann Spass macht ist ja etwas anderes.
Da gab es genug andere Spiele, die ich trotz Themas was mich abholt wieder verkauft habe (Pest, Comet, …)

Das zentrale Thema des Spiels ist kein "sinnlos aus dem Kontext gerissener Textfetzen", sondern das Fundament auf dem das Spiel steht. Und von so einem konstruierten "Thema" fühle ich mich nicht unterhalten. Kann man anders sehen, muss man aber nicht.

Verstehe den Grund des Sarkasmus nicht. Nachdem was ich (vom Autor) hoerte, habe ich etwas extrem komplexes erwartet. Nachdem hier manche das Spiel getestet haben, habe ich einfach eine Frage gestellt, ob dem so ist - gerade Post 168 mit der Bezeichnung Kennerspiel (ja, kann auch sein, dass manche Expertenspiele und Kennerspiele nicht voneinander abgrenzen) machte mich stutzig.

Erinnert sich jemand noch an die Erstauflage von Luna? Spielerisch-mechanisch gut bis mutig-innovativ, manch einer störte sich laut Autor aber an der thematischen Einkleidung.

Haben wir seinerzeit auf der Messe Essen probegespielt, fand ich gar nicht mal so schlecht. Hat sich aber keiner aus meinem Umfeld gekauft gehabt.
Ich habe auch nur zwei "Feld"-Spiele im Schrank muss ich gestehen.

Erinnert sich jemand noch an die Erstauflage von Luna? Spielerisch-mechanisch gut bis mutig-innovativ, manch einer störte sich laut Autor aber an der thematischen Einkleidung.
Und bei Bonfire war's wieder ähnlich: Viel Mühe gegeben mit der thematischen Einkleidung, aber das Publikum meckert aus Prinzip...
(Wobei man auch sagen kann, dass Stefan Feld dann, wenn es mal thematischer wird, auch nicht immer die geschickten Settings wählt.)
Bonfire leidet von außen betrachtet an der grafischen Umsetzung des Themas, nicht am Thema selbst.
Thema hat halt mindestens zwei Elemente, (a) die Wahl des Themas an sich und (b) die spielerische Umsetzung des Ganzen. Und bei der immensen Auswahl an Spielen erwarte ich - und sicherlich noch andere auch - einen (subjektiven) Treffer bei beiden Elementen.

Nun gibt es ja hier schon mindestens zwei, die es gespielt/getestet haben. Ich finde es einfach nur interessant, ob das Spiel wirklich so komplex ist, dass man es nicht mehr als Expertenspiel bezeichnen würde oder wie auch immer man es kategorisiert - ich nutze einfach nur die gängigen Begriffe und möchte keine Definitionsdebatte starten. Stefan Feld ist für mich kein Marketingmensch und ob die Aussage nur aus Marketinggründen getroffen wurde ist mir erstmal egal, wenn ich wissen möchte, ob es wirklich so komplex ist, wie angekündigt.
