Natürlich hat sich noch nix bewegt, aber das weicht ja von euren Rückmeldungen ab. Vielleicht auch einfach nur nen Copy & Paste Fehler.

Our team is aware of some of the orders have a tracking label and haven't got the actual package yet as this is being managed by our logistics partner for turn-over to DHL. As we have included in the previous response that the tracking will update once it is out for shipping.

As of the moment, our logistics partner provided us an update on the estimated shipping will be around the next two weeks.

We understand that the order was taking so long to be shipped out as we're backed up as we received 200 times the amount of orders than we are usually getting and we're working with a small team, but rest assured we're working through our orders backlog.

We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Na ja, der Tracking Code ist vom 10.06. und es ist wohl in Custom Clearance… aber immerhin eine Nummer…

So, auf Nachfrage heute den Tracking Code erhalten.

Ich habe auf Anfrage gerade eben folgende Antwort bekommen:
