The 1822 stations are 10mm diameter so I made the stickers that same size too--so sorry, you will not like those, just the compromise I chose.

18West is a reprinting of the DTG version, but is now updated with David Hecht’s new “retuned” rules. When I asked David Hecht about mass printing one of his games, he thought this would be a great chance to relaunch 18West seeing as the “retuned rules” never really saw wide adoption.
After the release of 18West, David saw some opportunity to improve the game balance by tweaking a few rules and components. The changes are mostly handled via rules, but a few charters and tokens are also changed. I don’t think it’s worth rebuying the game if you have the original hand-made 18West, but I do recommend to take a look at the new rules when they are posted later on in September. Of course, this new edition will get all the mass production component updates like the heavier tiles, painted tokens, and nice linen finish board.
This sounded good like a good choice me because when I first started playing 18xx, 18West was the newest game to come out and we played it a lot! It boils down the United States transcontinental railroads into a medium length game that can be played in 4-6 hours. I consider it to be a major predecessor to 1822 with the merging of the Granger Roads (minor railroads) into the large public companies. In David Hecht's style, 18West incorporates history into the company game mechanics with Land Grant and Public Companies, along with the Granger Roads. Each company type works a bit differently to simulate how the companies operated.

Will there be any other games included with this third wave of mass production games from AAG?
18Ireland and 18MS are also in preproduction and will available to order starting at the conclusion of this campaign, July 1, 2020.
18Ireland is Ian Scrivins’s clever game of railroad mergers and tricky track building. 3.5-4.5 hours.
18MS is Mark Derrick’s beginner-friendly small “one state” game that was originally published along with 18Dixie, but is now offered in a standalone version. The new edition has rules and component changes to open more strategic decision making while retaining the short 10 round game structure. 1.5-2 hours.

ZitatAlso, I can’t in good faith give the hard sell on preordering these games before the 2019 games are received by customers. I expect this will go to plan as things basically have so far, but I’d like to see some happy customers before really trying to show off these new games.

Update 2020-01-01: The games have been produced and are in the process of being assembled at the factory! I've received the first copies for review and they look really nice. There is still a chance they will miss shipping before Chinese New Year, which would add an extra three weeks, but I'm still hopeful to keep on the February 2020 delivery schedule for most of the orders.
The new games are planned to be produced starting around May 2020 and fulfilled around August 2020.
The preorder window is expected to close around June 2020

The most important thing to understand about this process is that there is planned to be no mass printed game availability except during preorder windows, the first of which closes December 15, 2019.
[…]
The next opportunity to order these games will be the 2020 preorder fulfillment window with expected shipping around August 2020.
2020 geht’s dann weiter:

18NewEngland
1849
Rolling Stock Stars
These games are planned to be produced starting around May 2020 and fulfilled around August 2020.
Upon fulfillment of the 2020 preorders, another batch of games is planned to be mass printed.

1817 and 18MEX Mass Printings (available along with 18Chesapeake) - Yes, you read that right. I decided to put some of the 18Chesapeake proceeds to work and produce 1817 and 18MEX to be available at a lower price (~25% discount from hand-made games). I licensed the the Deep Thought Games artwork and added an updated box cover. The remaining components will be the classic versions you already know and love. Cheers and thanks to Mark, Tim, Craig, and John who agreed to let me move forward with this. Also, both games will have upgraded component quality like 18Chesapeake, including the wood token upgrade, cardboard tiles, and mini cards.
The best part? Any pre-orders for these games will ship to the same international Kickstarter distribution points that I am using for 18Chesapeake, so I can offer deeply discounted shipping for pre-orders. After that, extra copies will be available for shipping from the US at ~$60-70 international shipping, so please participate in the pre-order if you plan to get these games.
US shipping will be free during the pre-order period to encourage early pre-orders. I will cut pre-orders off when I need to fill out the final shipping plan from the factory, but I don’t have an exact date for that right now.
18MEX $95 inkl. Versand
1817 $200 inkl. Versand
