So ... nachdem ich 4 Wochen lang weder ein Paket vor meiner Türe gefunden habe, noch die Tracking-Nummer einen Verbleib meiner Lieferung anzeigt, habe ich mich mal bemüht und sowohl Gamesquest als auch CMON angeschrieben.
Fazit: Vom CMON-Support bislang nichts und von Gamesquest kam folgende Nachricht :
"Hello,
Your parcel is still showing as pre-alerted, yet has no
tracking details. This would mean it has either never reached us to be
sent out, or has been misrouted before being scanned on to the tracking
system. Either way it cannot be claimed as a lost item I'm afraid.
We
have found in the past that occasionally un-scanned items have gone
through the entire postage system without ever being scanned and have
arrived safe and sound. Because of that possibility we have given this
20 working days to arrive - and it has failed to do so.
I have copied in the publishers so that replacements may be organised for you. They will advise you of next steps.
I am very sorry for any inconvenience caused by this continued delay.

Ich bin so dermaßen sauer. Bin mal gespannt ob das noch etwas wird, wenn überhaupt...
