Sowohl in der Kurzspielregel als auch in der dt. Spielregel steht, dass nur ein verdeckter Befehl entfernt werden kann.
In der engl. FAQ steht folgendes:

it is valid no matter if the order is face up or face down.
Das bedeutet doch, dass auch ein offener Befehl entfernt werden kann, oder?
Und eine weitere Frage zum Befehl "Stimme der Trolle":
Für diesen Befehl muss am entsprechenden Mauerabschnitt ein Troll anwesend sein, auch zum Zeitpunkt der Ausführung. Das wird aus der Kurzspielregel nicht so richtig deutlich, ist aber doch so, oder?
