Ich kam das erste mal durch Titan von AH aus dem Jahr 1982 mit dem Begriff in Kontakt. Die Regel ist hier wirklich extrem wichtig.

7.6 First Move Mulligan: Because the first turn Movement Roll can be crucial, each player is allowed a second roll if not satisfied with the first. The second roll is then binding. A player may do this only on his very first Game-Turn, and if he chooses not to, he doesn't have the option of doing it later.
