1830 is now in alpha!
… mit bugs …
-
Toby korrigierte "more like 1 hour" (o.

1861 now in alpha
-
Toby und Scott haben zusammen 1877 entwickelt. Der Prototyp ist online.
First, this is not an 1817 variant!
Well, it kind of is because you can play it with the 1817 components plus a map and it relies on 99.9 percent of the 1817 rules, but it is its own thing. It takes the short selling from 1817 and cranks it up to 11.
It is very hard to describe how such simple changes reconfigure so much about how the game is played, but trust me it does! The rule changes set the corporations up to likely take shorts in SR1 and then the dominoes start falling and falling and falling. It is a brutal game.

Jau.

@scottredracecar has created and contributed 18Chesapeake After Dark! An 18Chesapeake Variant that plays like 1857.
18Chesapeake After Dark Rule changes:
- Sell-buy-sell
- $1,100 diesels
- 1882 stock market
- Train changes: 2x less 2/3/4T, 1x less 5T, no train exports
- 50% to float
- $12k bank
This variant is to only be played as the last game of the night. At least it should be short!

1867 is now in alpha... 1817 has the optional rules added, enjoy
-
1860 update: the 2-3 player map (and tiles) is now available as an option. Another new option is to play with the original insolvency rules (leased trains run for half revenue).
[…]
I'm planning on one final option for 1860: the original town (dit) rules. Basically you can skip over halts, but not dits. It essentially weaponizes the ability to upgrade halts into dits.
-
-
1817WO (Marc Voyer) ist jetzt ebenfalls verfügbar.
-
Just so no-one is disappointed or angry: Currently 1860 only implements the 2nd edition rules and the 3-4 player map. I plan on adding the original rules and map as an option once the initial wave of alpha bugs are dealt with.
-
1870 wird nicht mehr lange dauern.
Just did the first 6 rounds of a real 1870 with some success

From yesterday 18MEX on 18xx.games support the possibility to add optional rule 8a (3 yellow tiles first OR) and/or rule 8d (hard rust 4 trains) when you create a new game. The remaining optional rules (8b, 8c) might get added in the future.

Time will tell
-
Dazu müsste man Lookout ins Boot holen. Küstenzauberer Geht da was?
-
-

I'm launching a super early alpha for 1817, please only create hot seat games and only play with the intent to find and report bugs.
1817 is a pretty big complex game, so we could use your help to hammer it and help us develop it.
