Hier mal eine Aussage eines Wargamers der den Proto kürzlich gespielt hat:
"
It was good! It's an unusual combination. The time/sequencing management of games like Thebes, mixed with some light rail and resource, mixed with risk assessment and offensive/defensive posture versus the Old Ones in the interior. Player interaction is mostly limited to competition over resources and maneuvering so as to be closer or further from Old One sites. It moved along at a good clip. The low time-costs and the top-of-the-stack tiebreaker means you tend to get two actions at a time, but you still have to think about how much could happen before your next moves. The victory conditions (scoring) encourage involvement in all aspects of the game while still allowing player focus.
I don't think the work is a stroke of genius, but it's a solid game that has staked out some new territory ("Rails to Cthulhu, Now With More Combat")."
