Der PM ist jetzt bis Ende August geöffnet. Hat noch jemand eine Rückmeldung von Magierspiele bekommen, ob man auch eine deutsche Version vorbestellen kann?
Gibt es bei Gamefound - wie im allgemeinen bei Kickstarter - einen festen Zeitraum, in den der PM öffnet und wieder schließt? Oder ist der quasi seit Beginn der Kampagne offen und schließt zu Datum X (und wann ist X in diesem Fall)?
In der FAQ steht folgendes:
If you follow the campaign before it closes you will gain access to the Pledge Manager.
D.h. es scheint zu reichen, der Kampagne zu folgen. So hätte man auch noch die Möglichkeit, abzuwarten, ob z.B. Magierspiele die deutsche Version ebenfalls anbietet.
Ich finde allerdings (auf die Schnelle) keine Info darüber, ob sich die Preise im PM ändern. Hat da jemand eine noch etwas zu gelesen?
Man kann doch in der Kampagne eine deutsche Version unterstützen, warum sollte man da auf Crowdfinder ausweichen?

Aus BGG spekulieren/hoffen ja gerade einige Leute, dass das Ding um die $100 kosten wird...
Upgrade-Pack holen und alles bleibt gut. So mache ich es.

Du empfiehlst ein Spiel, dass Du selbst nur (noch) mit umständlich zu beziehenden, Fan Made Erweiterungen spielen möchtest, die in der hier besprochenen big Box gar nicht enthalten sein werden?
Ist denn (schon) klar, dass die/einige der Fan Made Erweiterungen (nicht) in dem Paket enthalten sein werden?
Und da ein Thema kein gutes Spiel bedeutet, ist #xia die spielerisch bessere Wahl. Zudem kannst du in Xia deine eigene Geschichte aufbauen/erleben, dafür braucht’s so eine schwache Serie nicht.

Sandbox sind beide, dass stimmt. Trotzdem sind sie unterschiedlich. Lass es mich so beschreiben... #Firefly kommt mechanisch nicht an #Xia heran. Dafür kommt #Xia thematisch nicht an #Firefly heran.
Um Deine eigentliche Frage zu beantworten – nein, #Xia mit Erweiterung reicht.
Ich mag die Serie, aber habe hier auch Xia stehen. Gibt es außer nostalgische Erinnerungen an die Serie Gründe für einen Wechsel (beides zu haben, halte ich für eher weniger sinnvoll)?
Dir ist klar, dass es sich bei Xia und Firefly - zumindest bzgl Spielgefühl - um sehr unterschiedliche Spiele handelt?
