Thanks for getting in touch. The issue here is that you have used a different email address for your Gamefound account to the email you used for your Kickstarter account. The credit is assigned to the account matching the Kickstarter address.
I have cancelled the credit on your other account and applied it to your order as a refund, so everything should be sorted now 😊. Let me know if you need anything else.

Uff ... jetzt hab ich ein Quark gemacht.
Ich habe gerade den Pledge Manger ausgefüllt und per PAYPAL bezahlt. Dabei wurde mir vom Gesamtpreis die während des Kickstarters gezahlten 99GB gar nicht als "Credits" abgezogen. Die wurde auch gar nicht angezeigt. Erst danach konnte ich mich an die EMail erinnern in der stand "Gamefound will import your pledge amount from Kickstarter and convert it into credits."
Hat jemand ein ähnliches Problem? Habe gerade eine Anfrage wegen doppelter Zahlung über das Kontaktformular hingeschickt.
