Astro Knights wurde doch gerade erst durch Invincibles abgelöst. Hätte nicht gehört, dass da noch eine Erweiterung kommt.

Es gab die relativ offizielle Aussage auf BGG, dass zu Astro Knights selbst wohl nichts mehr kommt.

Das bedeutet, dass der Aeons End Nachfolger (von dem es keine weiteren Inhalte auf Deutsch geben wird) namens Astro Knights nun auch schon eingestellt wurde?
Geht das nicht ein bisschen zu schnell?

+1 für Earthborne Rangers. Ich veräußere gerade meine anderen LCGs zugunsten von ER. Die angenehme Spielzeit (brauche pro Partie ca. 90 Minuten) und die friedlichere Welt sagen mir mehr zu als AH und MC. Mal ganz davon abgesehen das mich die Veröffentlichungspolitik von FFG nervt. Neon Hope werd ich mir auch noch anschauen, das hat bei diversen Testpartien auch nen guten Eindruck gemacht. Bin da aber nicht eingestiegen.

Letzte Aussage dazu von Nick Little war im Oktober 2025:
ZitatAK isn't officially dead by any means. It hasn't seen strong retail sales, and we were approached by Skybound to make an Invincible game. We felt like the AK system would be perfect for Invincible, and I hope you feel the same once you get a chance to play.
While the Invincible kickstarter did worse than the AK ones, we believe that it has a chance to sell well in retail. When I went to a trade show last month, several comic and game store owners told me they were excited to carry it and hoped the streamlined AK system would help convert some comic fans to board game fans.
With that in mind, we are excited to run another Invincible kickstarter in January. The team has really enjoyed making content for this ip, as we are big fans of the show, and it fits so well into the system.
Sydney and I would still love to make more content for Astro Knights in the future. We love the characters, the theme, and the system. After 10 years of making AE content, it feels good to work on a game with enough differences that it feels like a new challenge to design for. If I were a betting man, and I am, I would bet that there will be more AK in the future. At least, that's my hope.

Ich meine auch gelesen zu haben, dass dir Inhalte von Invincible und Astro Knights miteinander kompatibel sein sollen.

Ja, das sind sie. Etwas unschön sind dabei die unterschiedlichen Kartenrückseiten, bei einem kooperativen Spiel, bei dem die entsprechenden Karten ohnehin nicht gemischt werden, ist das aber halb so tragisch.

Knolle alles gut. Ich hab mich nur gewundert, weil ich mich jetzt nicht unbedingt als "Speedplayer" ansehe. Aber wirklich gründlich bin ich in der Tat nicht. Oft erkenn ich die Möglichkeiten erst später....
