Dito. Und ich hab es auch nur genommen, weil es begrenzt war in den ersten chaotischen Sekunden. Dachte eigentlich es sei ein Early Bird wie in den harten frühen Tagen von CMON Kampagnen. Jetzt ist es das sogar auch irgendwie. Vielleicht sogar ein versteckter EB.
Aber was für ein Chaos. Und was für ein Hass.

Ich lese nur mimimi in den KS Kommentaren von Leuten die sauer sind, dass sie keinen Dicken abbekommen haben Die die nun zum Pledgedroppen aufrufen sind wahrscheinlich die ersten, die in einen freien Slot springen würden...
Aber ich hab leicht reden, der Fette interessiert mich nicht - Würde es um was (für mich) Gutes gehen, wäre ich wahrscheinlich auch stinkig.

Hm, erst war ich gespannt, dann aufgeregt, dann enttäuscht und schließlich desillusioniert. Dann ist mir der fette Arsch von Cthulhu aufgefallen und jetzt bin ich erstmal draußen.

CMON haut gerade auch weiter das Pledge für 250€ raus ... 50$ Unterschied ... und dann noch alles n halbes Jahr später bekommen ... eigentlich ein NoGo

Mir ist das eigentlich egal, weil mich das Miniaturenzeug ja ehgar nicht interessiert, aber was die Leute so mit sich machen lassen und trotzdem zahlen wollen, ist schon verwunderlich.

Ähhh ... ja, OK 250 $ und Lieferzeit Februar 2020. Ich frage mich gerade: Geht es noch um das Spiel an sich, oder eigentlich nur noch um die "Miniatur" in diesem Kickstarter? Offenbar haben viele kein Problem 250 $ auszugeben, und ich bin nicht mal sicher, ob ich das Spiel überhaupt haben möchte ... bereits irgendwelche Meinungen zum Gameplay?

Keine Ahnung ob sie es hätten besser wissen müssen. Vermutlich schon. Aber ich vermute mal es ist wirklich deutlich zeit- und kostenintensiver dieses hässliche Ding herzustellen. Die Hausaufgaben hätten sie auf jeden Fall besser machen müssen.

Ich bin mir sehr, sehr sicher, die haben das genau so geplant.

Mal kurz überschlagen ... insgesamt sind es circa 1350 Unterstützer, die sich für dieses große Pledge entschieden haben ... da kann mir CMON nicht weißmachen, dass sie sich verkalkuliert haben. Das war klare Kalkulation mit dem Hype.

So schiebt man eine Kampagne an.
Und im Gegensatz zu Solomon Kane, die mit den EB hochgeschossen sind, dann aber zwischendrin wieder baden gegangen sind, weil so viele EBs abgesprungen sind, werden die Leute, die frühe R'lyehs erwischt haben, und einen Teufel tun und abspringen.
Bzw. wenn werden die Pledges sofort aufgeschnappt.
D.h. es gibt auch keinen späteren Einbruch der Finanzierung.

Da kaufe ich mir doch lieber ne vernünftige Statue von First4Figures oder Sideshow. CMON überspannt denn Bogen immer weiter. Das sie den Erfolg einkalkuliert haben, sieht man auch an der kurzen Laufzeit von 14 Tagen.

Auf jeden Fall ... rein vom Marketing-Konzept und dem ausgelösten Hype um die "Hauptfigur", bleibt nur zu sagen: Respekt, Hut ab! Meine Zweifel bezüglich der Notwendigkeit für mich persönlich hier 100 $ oder mehr zu investieren, sehe aber nicht widerlegt ...

Na, die haben einfach verstanden, dass wenn die Hype-Maschine schon läuft, wie bei ihren Projekten, macht es einfach Null Unterschied, ob das Ding 14 Tage, einen Monat oder zwei läuft. Länger kostet bloß mehr.

Andererseits sind 700.000 in den ersten 60 Minuten eine Aussage.

Wenn man sich die Kommentare zu ALLEN CMON-Projekten ansieht, wird einem latent schlecht. Da geht immer so übel ab, egal, ob EB, ob kein EB, ob dies, ob das, und auch egal ob R'lyeh oder nicht ...

Keine Frage: Gut gemacht, CMON. Unabhängig, ob man das Spiel nun mag / braucht, oder nicht ... aber kein Vergleich zum wahren KS-Hype-Meister: Adam Poots. 1.000.000 $ in 20 Minuten, 4.000.000 $ innerhalb von 24h und über 12.000.000 $ am Ende. Diese Kampagne Ende 2016 / Anfang 2017 werde ich nie vergessen und ich bezweifle, dass es sowas noch einmal in der absehbarer Zeit geben wird ...

Haha, was für ein Scheiss. Erinnert mich an die ersten Jahre der limitierten Sonderverpackungen bei den DVDs. Was haben die Leute da Geld rausgehauen, und heute, will es keiner mehr haben.
Kann sich noch einer an die James Bond Koffer erinnern? Da war richtig was los bei Media Markt etc. und Amazon.
Da kann man mal sehen, wo die Nerds heute ihr Geld hintragen. Wahrscheinlich auch dem größeren Bekanntheitsgrad von Brettspielen geschuldet. Bei exklusiv und limitiert gehen die Spekulanten gab.

Ich find den Shitstorm auch für CMON Verhältnisse recht beachtlich, das Ding in 100er Kontingenten für jeweils +5 Dollar rauszuhauen ist schon irgendwie frech
Allerdings haben sie das Ganze jetzt bei 250 gecappt, für den Preis kriegt dann also irgendwann jeder einen - schade eigentlich, micht hätte wirklich interessiert was passiert wäre, wenn sie das einfach knallhart so durchgezogen hätten

K:D ist ein ganz anderes Phänomen, aber nicht ein dezidiert durchorchestrierter Erfolg einer Marketingmaschine.

Hab ich ein Glück, das mich der große Plastikbatzen null interessiert und ich auch keinen Platz für so ein Teil schaffen kann und will.
So kann man sich in Ruhe mal anschauen, was die Kampagne so alles bringt und ob da auch ein sinnvolles Brettspiel hinter dem Gedöns zu finden ist...

Dass mit den Arschgeigen unterschreibe ich. Allerdings ist das auch nicht mein erstes Rodeo mit CMON und bei den vielen vorherigen KS hab ich noch nie so viel Aufregung und "Hass" miterlebt wie hier. Das ist schon ein außergewöhnliches Ausmaß.
Selbst Thiago der Community Manager ist so gut wie stumm und scheint die Welle über sich ergehen lassen (neben dem Abschicken der vorbereiteten Updates).
Das gleiche werden sie -egal wie- nicht nochmal so machen können.

Mag sein, zumindest, wenn man seinen Strechgoalplanung bis 2 Mio. glauben mag, die ja nur gut eine Stunde ausgereicht hat ... und nicht wie ursprünglich geplant 42 Tage. Allerdings wurde bei KD:M vor allem im Verlauf der Kampagne mit vielen Updates, Expansion und Boni (vorallem für die großen Pledges) ein unglaublicher Hype erzeugt, der selbst nüchterne Vertreter mitgezogen hat ... war echt unglaublich.

CMON und ein „sinnvolles“ Brettspiel? Viel Erfolg bei der Suche. Die meisten wollen nur das fette Ding haben und hinterher denken sie sich das gleiche wie du jetzt, kein Platz für sowas.

Hab den ersten 250€ Pledge abbekommen, aber werde den die nächsten Tage wieder canceln. Ich weiß gar nicht, warum ich das überhaupt gebackt habe, da ist wohl kurz die FOMO mit mir durchgegangen Die Idee dieser gigantischen "Miniatur" finde ich auch irgendwie schon geil. Aber ich empfinde das als miese Abzocke Masche mit den Pledges, egal wie clever es sein mag oder wie sie es erklären werden.
Außerdem hasse ich einfach dieses blöde Cthullu Gedöns mit den hässlichen Tentakel-Monstern. Und wieder diese langweiligen Ermittler Ich will verdammt nochmal Helden spielen und keine Kinder oder Opas in Anzügen
Wenn's die nächste Riesen Mini gibt, die richtig krass aussieht, bin ich dabei, aber nicht für dieses Schwabbel-Vieh. Warum nicht mal einen coolen Engel, Mech, Krieger, Ritter, Werwolf, whatever? Den würde ich mir dann auch ins Wohnzimmer stellen.
